Born and raised in Copenhagen, Nils Juul-Hansen has spent the last 18 years in the States sculpting his creative sensibilities behind the lens of his still camera and has photographed numerous national and also global campaigns for clients such as AMD, Charles Schwab and most recently H&R Block.
His work has been featured in the editorial pages of The New York Times, Time Magazine and Newsweek to name a few.
Nils’ trademark signature is great casting and locations and he specializes in capturing real people moments with an affinity for natural light.
Before becoming a professional photographer Nils studied acting in Hollywood, where he picked up the skills that today enables him to direct actors with ease and comfort on the sets.
Currently, he is in preproduction on his first feature film Ladyboy.
